Deburring and Machining
The TECHPLUS specialty being integrator on various machine tools, we added to our know-how in the early 2000s robotic deburring process and para-finishing.
Our goal is to be able to offer our customers a post-process finishing parts solution, allowing packaging parts for direct shipment.
The natural evolution of this technology and robotics coupled with CAM Software, now allow us in some cases to perform machining cells (drilling, milling ...)

STANDARD DEBURRING MACHINE :
In partnership with the Japanese company Kreuz, a worldwide reference in the field of deburring since 1988, TECHPLUS has developed a standard machine integrating the different deburring robots.
This machine will allow you to deburr different parts types fastly, repetitive and qualitively, all in a closed area avoiding pollution and can be equipped with several optional features.
This machine can be loaded manually, by robot or integrated in a line.
